Our shipping policy ensures that your orders are processed and dispatched promptly. We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy allows you to return items within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that items are in their original condition and packaging for a smooth return process.
This excludes livestock.
Livestock will not be shipped until we confirm a delivery day with the customer.
Shipping Policy - the basics
All livestock will not be shipped until we have made contact with you. This is to ensure someone is home to accept the livestock in person.
All livestock is shipped next day delivery on a day of your choice.
Livestock and dry goods will only be shipping during working days Monday - friday.
All dry good orders will be shipped first class recorded.
Bulk items and Glass enclosure can only be send by pallet to ensure the arrive in good condition. These cannot be sent by post due to them not being covered.
All pallet deliveries are curb side so make sure someone is home receive and help with lifting any bulk items.
Any items being sent on a pallet must be returned on a pallet.
